For the 2024 Celine fashion shoot at Holkham Hall, Norfolk, we were commissioned by Live Nation SAS to deliver a wide range of indoor and outdoor production solutions for a seven-day photo and filming schedule. Following detailed pre-shoot consultation and collaboration with the production team, we developed flexible setups tailored to each location across the estate, accommodating both dry and wet weather scenarios while allowing for spontaneous filming decisions. Notably, this was the only time the venue has fully closed for exclusive private hire. Our scope included power distribution and control throughout, fire safety equipment and emergency lighting, and the provision of marquees and gazebos for on-location shoots. We installed draping and partitions to create functional spaces such as changing rooms, prep areas, wardrobe, and makeup stations, complete with makeup chair lighting, tables, mirrors, and seating including directors’ and location chairs. To support access across the estate, we supplied off-road vehicles including Gator buggies, Defenders, and flatbed trailers, alongside ground protection matting to preserve sensitive historic areas. We also delivered a fully equipped office setup with printers and networking, as well as outdoor PA and lighting, ensuring a seamless and adaptable production environment throughout the shoot.
