MCAPS Start for Partners is Microsoft’s annual event to launch the new fiscal year, bringing together hundreds of staff and contractors for a large-scale conference experience. To mark the close of the event, a mini festival was booked, featuring headline performances from Keane and Sophie Ellis-Bextor. We were appointed by the event agency to deliver the full staging and structural package, including a covered roof structure for the main stage and a dedicated covered front-of-house position. In addition, we supplied all stage decking and integrated video wall solutions, creating a fully equipped live performance environment. The result was a seamless transition from conference to festival, delivering a high-energy finale that combined strong technical delivery with an engaging audience experience.
