Many years ago, we were introduced to a rapidly growing Christmas party company delivering both exclusive corporate events and shared party nights within large-scale, 1,000-capacity temporary marquee structures across the UK. At the time, they were seeking a single, reliable supplier to manage the full internal technical production across multiple sites, including truss structures, theatre-style show and club lighting, flown sound systems, raised central dance floors, DJ booths, and power distribution. We were initially appointed to support four locations in the South East of England, working closely with their creative team and set designers to develop a scalable yet flexible concept. While each venue was themed differently, a consistent technical package was established, with variations in layout and scenic integration used to give every site its own identity. The design centred around a large, raised dance floor positioned at the heart of each space, surrounded by dining areas and enhanced with dynamic lighting, high-quality sound, and engaging entertainment. In the first year, we supplied all equipment, DJs, and lighting technicians, delivering a seamless and high-impact experience. The success of this rollout led to an expanded partnership, with us ultimately supporting 11 locations across the South of England, all operating under the same proven production model.
