We were commissioned by the Fraser Group marketing team to design and deliver a dynamic university tour inspired by the popular Squid Game concept, aimed at driving student engagement and sign-ups for their graduate recruitment programme. Touring five targeted universities, the activation took the form of a one-day outdoor installation at each location, combining immersive design with live competition mechanics. Central to the experience was a bespoke system featuring pre-built screen content integrated with a live database, where the cash prize increased in real time as more students registered. At a scheduled time each day, a winner was drawn from the pool of entrants, with the prize announced live on screen and awarded live on-site—provided the selected participant was present. The five-day tour required early morning builds at each venue to ensure the stand was fully operational before student arrival, delivering a seamless and engaging experience that successfully combined entertainment with recruitment outreach.
