For nearly 10 years, we partnered with GlaxoSmithKline in Ware to deliver full production for their annual staff conference, initially hosted at Duxford Imperial War Museum before relocating to their Ware head office. This large-scale event required comprehensive technical delivery across a main conference hall as well as 6–10 breakout rooms, each fully equipped and supported. Working closely with GSK’s Head of Events, who had clear objectives for each space, we provided large-format screens and high-quality audio systems throughout, ensuring all attendees could clearly see and hear presentations across multiple environments.
